Pale yellow with green nuances. An opulent bouquet of fruit aromas on the nose, bursting with elderflower, ripe citrus fruits, gooseberry and mineral flavours; on the palate is zesty, with a pleasant crisp acidity.
Cellaring potential: 2-3 years.
- Food Combination
Excellent to sip while relaxing with friends, it makes an excellent partner for asparagus frittata or asparagus dishes in general, grilled prawns, Asian stir fries, scallops with fresh herbs, goat’s cheese, fish, especially zander or pike in butter sauce.
Serve lightly chilled: 10-12° C.

Vineyards at an average altitude of 450 metres a.s.l.

Grapes are gently destemmed and the juice is left to soak with the skins for several hours. After pressing the juice is left to decant naturally. Fermentation occurs in stainless-steel tanks at about 18° C. The young wine remains on its fine lees for several months until shortly before bottling.
