    Serve lightly chilled: 10° C.

The fully ripe and sapid grapes are picked shortly before the beginning of the winter. The grapes are then fed by hand into the press and the juice gently squeezed out. After being allowed to decant naturally, the clear juice is left to ferment for several months at around 16° C. The wine is subsequently bottled carefully, a year after the harvest.
