Selected vineyards, low yields and unique elegance all distinguish the wines of the Selection Line. Depending on the variety, the wines mature in stainless steel tanks or in oak barrels. The meticulous and gentle processing of the grapes expresses the character of each single variety, especially after a longer aging period.
