    Of a greenish yellow colour; with an intensive fresh bouquet of peaches and apricots; full with fresh acidity.

    Cellaring potential: 3-5 years.

  • Food Combination

    An ideal partner for dishes with herbs, fish and light antipasti. Very nice also as aperitif wine.

    Serve lightly chilled: 10-12° C.

    Riesling from 15 years old vines.
  • Location

    Vineyards at an altitude of 400 m a.s.l. with morainal soils with porphyry and argil elements.

    63 hl/ha
  • Wine Making

    After a few hours of cold maceration, fermentation in stainless-steel at a constant temperature of 18° C. The new wine refines on fine lees for 6 months.
