    Bright lemon yellow, rich flavours of cinnamon and vanilla. Aroma of rose petals, fruity notes of ripe apricots and lychee. A powerful body with surprising finesse and elegance at the palate. 

    Cellaring potential: 3-5 years.

    A great favourite at parties and aperitifs, it makes an excellent partner for fish dishes as well as Chinese and Thai cuisine.

    Serve lightly chilled: 10-12° C.

    Selected vineyards at altitudes of 450-550 metres a.s.l.; gravelly, sandy and rich in mineral soil with calcium carbonate deposits.

  • Wine Making

    After a short maceration in the press, the grapes are gently pressed. The fermentation and the maturing are carried out in stainless steel tanks.
