Alto Adige Moscato Giallo DOC 2023

Bright straw yellow colour with green nuances; intensely aromatic on the nose, reminiscent of nutmeg, tropical fruits, lemon and lime; deliciously grapey on the palate with crisp, mouth-watering acidity followed by a long, discreetly mineral finish.
Cellaring potential: 3 – 5 year.

Delicious with cuisine featuring fresh aromatic herbs, as well as Thai and Asian food in general; excellent as aperitif.
Serve lightly chilled: 10 – 12° C.
- Grape Variety Moscato giallo produced on 10 – 20 year-old pergola and vertical espalier-trained vines.
- Location
Vineyards at an altitude of 400 m a.s.l.; morainal and sandy soils with high mineral content.

- Wine Making
After destemming the juice is left to cold-soak with the skins for several hours prior pressing. Fermentation takes place at a constant 18° C; the new wine refines on its fine lees for 6 months in stainless-steel.
